More Convenient: We’ll pre-schedule your maintenance appointments for the entire year, and we’ll reach out to remind you before each appointment— just like the dentist does.

Fewer (if any) Breakdowns: Seeing your car on a regular schedule allows us to catch most issues before they cause a breakdown and/or increase the costs of repairs unnecessarily.

Extended Warranty: Warranties on most repairs are extended for VIP members from 24 Months/24,000 Miles to 36 Months/36,000 Miles.

1. Initial Inquiry

If you’ve found us online or have been referred by a friend, the first step will be to make sure you feel comfortable stopping by. Feel free to read our certified reviews, checkout our services, or ask us a question. We know that getting your car fixed can be stressful and inconvenient and we’re here to help as much as we can.

2. Drop-Off Your Vehicle(s)

Check-in at the front counter and leave your keys with us. If you’re an existing customer, we’ll be able to bring up your profile and vehicle history automatically. If you’re a new customer, we’ll just need a few more details before you head out. If you’re dropping off your vehicle after-hours. We have an after-hours drop box as well.

3. The Digital Inspection

We have some amazing new technology that allows our technicians to take REAL PHOTOS OF YOUR CAR and share them with you directly along with our recommendations. You can select the items you’d like for us to take care of from the convienence of your phone or ask us any questions if you have any.
