Called at 5:00 last Thursday to see about dropping off my Subaru. Spoke to Matt or Brian and he advised that would be fine and he’d get back to me Friday morning. At 8:01am he texted that he was about to check out the car. At 9:00 he emailed me a link to the diagnostics, identified six issues, with pictures, even sent pictures of filters that didn’t need changed. We talked about the major item, agreed on price which was very reasonable. I picked up the car at 2pm, they had it waiting out front with the AC on (nice touch). Possibly best experience that I’ve ever had with a car repair. I will be taking all my cars there for service and letting my friends and neighbors know about the experience. Thanks!
