Nice, wonderful, homely experience, my car was thoroughly examined and detailed results of the condition of the car and what’s going to be the cost of the repair was sent promptly and I got everything fixed earlier than I expected. Good customer care, this is my first time at Craig’s Car Care snd I’m not disappointed. Thanks for fixing my car in good time.

Brand new to the area - a/c went out on van on a trip over to magnolia - Craig’s got us in diagnosed and fixed the problem and I didn’t have to wait on Honda 1/2 week for an opening - so pleased I dropped off my accord for service when I picked up the van and knocked out same day.

I usually hate taking my car into a repair shop because I always feel like most places will try to add on costs or talk me into additional repairs that are not really needed. That was not at all what I experienced at Craig’s Car Care. They thoroughly inspected my car and let me know exactly what needed to be done to fix the issues. They even had my car on and the fixed AC going for me when I arrived to get the car! I will for sure take my next repair job back to Craig’s!

Craig's Car Care is the first auto repair shop that I have ever been to where I felt like they genuinely cared about fixing my car and fixing correctly. They've not once tried to sell me anything that wasn't needed. They thoroughly inspect the vehicle and then tell you in great detail what is wrong and exactly what they will do to repair it. No hidden costs or surprises. As long as I live in Allen, they will have all of my business.

Added a fuel injection system ,,,,what a great move ……good mileage lots of power. great service

I was able to get an appointment quickly, they gave me a ride to work, and even dropped off my car for me after it was serviced; I couldn't have asked for better service!

These folks are professional and very thorough, they care about their customers and s what they say they will and when they say they will. They do not push or try to sell you unneeded repairs. They check your vehicle if you want them to and suggest services you need. They seem to do the job right! They are not the lowest cost or the fastest around, but they don't seem to cut corners so you get what you pay for i guess ? They do warranty their work and parts for 36 months so that's good. I will be using them from now on as i think i can trust them. Thank you Matt and Brian !
