If you want great car service - go to Craig's Car Care in Lucas. All considered, not a long drive from East Plano, Allen, Fairview or McKinney. Took my adult daughter's car in. On first visit, performed a complete diagnostic of car; not to sell - but to advise. Knew her battery was 5 years old and that Texas heat aged it quickly. They confirmed what my daughter told me. Quick and affordable replacement. They also provided a very competitive and complete estimate for a front brake job. Went back 30 days later, and they honored the quote. By then they also had a Covid-19 Plan in place that provided a no-contact process and thoroughly wiped my car down. Also had an opportunity to speak with one of their service professionals. He spoke very highly of management and the caution they take on quality control and not taking short-steps on repairs. Very commendable!

The team was very quick to communicate on every occasion, and they gave a thorough review of their assessment. Pricing was fair and actually cheaper than they quoted. I’ll definitely return for future automotive needs.

On 2 separate occasions this shop has saved me hundreds of dollars. They work hard to find economical and reliable solutions to mechanical problems. They also stand firmly behind their work. They recently replaced a leaky seal on my differential as warranty work for a job that was done almost a year ago. I turn to them for any significant mechanical issues with my vehicles. Mar 20 Update Unfortunately the problem re-occured. Fortunately, Craig's is a stand-up, honest shop. They have worked very hard troubleshooting and correcting the differential issue. It has been inconvenient to be without my truck but it is very gratifying to know they are dedicated to fixing the problem completely. I am very satisfied with the service and encourage anyone with automotive issues to "Go See Craig" :)

We brought our F-150 in with brake problems. Craig's Car Care quickly diagnosed the problem was improper brake pad installation by another repair shop including providing pictures that I will use to go and get a refund from the other repair shop. They had my vehicle back to me in one day and it drives much better. Thanks Craig's Car Care!

Having been using Craig's for years and can't say enough good about them. They always go the extra mile and great to work with. This last service I required, I had recently broke my foot and have been immobile. Matt made arrangements to have his guys pick up my car at home, get it serviced and then they returned it to my home. That is the type service you can expect from Craig's and the reason I have been a long term customer.
